Our Story
A good meal tastes even better with great company. That’s why we’ve designed Worlds End around getting together with some mates. From nooks to have a quiet cuppa to large spaces to host 199 of your closest friends, Worlds End have spaces for you to get together with those you love.
For the past two decades we have served as the local for people in Tauranga. In a past life, we were known as Worlds End Sports Café, complete with caricatures of Kiwi sporting heroes on the walls and a giant screen for watching the big games. Today Worlds End caters to a much broader audience, with delicious breakfasts, live music, poker nights, and a large function venue.
We are people-people really. We support our local community with fundraising events throughout the year, having raised $60,000 for Cure Kids over the past five years.
Hosting a large event?
You’ve come to the right place
Take the stress out of planning that big do with our all-in-one event venue. We cater for office Christmas functions, engagement parties, 50th soirees, weddings, and more.
For events of 50 or more you can book out the large upstairs function area. This space can accommodate up to 200 guests, making it the ideal spot for large events. Guests are sure to enjoy the balcony and private bar.
Catering and drink packages are available.
